Hungry!

Dear Internet,

I am about to reveal a deep, dark secret.

Sometimes, I have a less than pleasant side. I know! You are SHOCKED.

Do not worry though. It is not my fault when I am less than pleasant. I blame Mama lady. Sometimes Dada too, or one of my dogs, but mostly Mama lady.

This side comes out when Mama lady is too slow with the dinner. I do my very best to hurry her up though. Here is me telling her to get a move on.

Hurry, Mama lady! I am so very hungry!

What? Pizza in the oven? Okay, I like pizza. Especially if it has black olives on it and peas. Black olives and peas are some of my Mostest favorite things to eat. (I also like pickles, a LOT. Mama says that I am a weird baby.)
But Dada's side has pepperoni on it. I do not like pepperonis, oh no, I do not. Once upon a time, I got one of those pepperonis in my mouf when I was eating some pizza. And I will tell you what I do! I make an icky face. Then I 'pit it out onto my tray. Then, just to be safe, I pick it up and hand it to Mama lady to make sure she disposes of it properly. I do not want to risk it getting close to my mouf again.

So, now that we have established that I will be eating only the pizza with the black olives and the peas and none of that yucky pepperonis, I will show you a picture of me sitting in front of the oven, telling the pizza that I want to eat it. See? That is how you do "more" in baby sign language. In this situation, it means "Pizza, get out of the oven and into my mouf, immediately!"

In case Mama lady wasn't paying attention, I point to that pizza to show her that I want it.
Do not worry, this story has a happy ending. It ends with lots of pizza in my belly.

Love,

Elizabeth, who is full now and no longer makes terrible faces
