Last night, we tried a little experiment to see if Miss Elizabeth liked to fly. I'm too big for the baby backpack, but Miss Elizabeth was very comfortable. So when Jen needed to get ready for bed, I created a new use of the backpack that I doubt was intended.
Miss Elizabeth woke up in a very good mood, so while Jen made some delicious lunch, she waved hello to Pops.

Weekend or not, Miss Elizabeth needs to put in her hours or the boss comes down hard. It's overtime, so at least it's time and a half, so she's happy. As the boss says, these beads aren't going to move themselves.

But when we realized our duck was coming too, we were cool.
We were even cooler when we realized our duck was coming to Costco as well.
Costco and Babies'R'Us were awfully exciting, and she was starting to lose the nap race with Pops today, so we took one heck of a power nap on the way home.
Now, we didn't forget about your other friends. In your spirit of chickens and bones, we tried to create some kind of nirvana for Trin and Scroob. We decided that a stack of bones surrounded by chickens should do the trick. Scrooby asked Jen if this could possibly be true...We all love you Pops, hope it goes well sir. We'll post the pictures of the new PJs soon.

Thank you for the special hello from Baby Elizabeth Rose. She is so precious; she makes my day like I can’t explain. And what a pretty girl. Thank you… I needed that.
