Drawer

Hello, Internet.

Aren't you the luckiest internet today? For I have LOTS AND LOTS (and lots!) of pictures for you today. And all with a common theme too.

I would like to show you my new favorite place to sit.


That's right! In the drawer underneath the oven.

This way, I can be on hand for all the important cooking that goes on in the kitchen. I HELP Mama, you know.

I help by looking all cute and posing for her important pictures.

I help by wearing my new shoeses and relocating her colanders.

I make sure this drawer stays clean and dust free.

And most importantly, I make sure Mama stays quick on her feet by always getting under them.

I am also very good at making sure that this drawer stays open while Mama is cooking. This helps Mama cook by making sure she doesn't get too close to the stove.

Stoves can be dangerous, you know. They get HOT. So I keep this drawer open (and sit in it, because if I get out, Mama closes it) so that Mama has to lean over real far to reach the foods on the stove.

Yes, it is guaranteed. I am a Mostest Good helper in the kitchen.


Who else would go to all this trouble to ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and safe?

And look so Mostest Cute and Pretty while doing so?

Don't worry though, I take breaks while I do my important work. Here, I am letting my dog Scrooby kiss me on the cheeky.

I read my books to Scrooby while I sit in the drawer too.

When he gets bored, I just read them to myself.

And sometimes I bring toys to play with in the drawer.

This is my roller coaster toy.

I did have some trouble getting this one to fit. But I sign "help" to Mama Lady and she puts down the flashy camera and helps me get it into drawer.


Okay, enough blogging for today. I have to go sit in my drawer and help Mama make lunch.
