Happy Birthday Pops!

Miss Elizabeth says, suprise!! It's Pops Birthday!!!

It took this monumental event for two things to happen. 1. My first post in ages. 2. The first post of any kind in a long while, which hopefully will hold the riotous masses over until the pros return.

Since we're taking Pops out to Jimmy Buffet's on Saturday, I'll give him the second best thing to seeing his little girl, pictures of her from Vegas. We didn't take as many as we thought, but these came out pretty good. The best pics came from the UFC Fan Expo where we all got to walk around an actual UFC cage...

Regarding the picture above, Elizabeth really liked it in the cage... (and I really liked that picture). I was going to put this text first, but when I posted it, I realized that I've been told nobody actually reads this jibber jabber, everybody just wants pictures of Miss Elizabeth. So I'm complying in advance so she's at the top. You're welcome.

...Then, Mommy tried to pick a fight with Miss Elizabeth in the cage. The blood rage just consumed Mommy, but since Elizabeth is a pacifist, she would not comply with the request to throw down in fisticuffs. So the best we could to was coax her into holding her fists in the most threatening way possible against her will...


But when Mommy's senses returned to her, she went back to the picture taking and got this professional-level picture. She really liked hanging out in the interesting cage.


When we told her it was time to leave, she expressed her displeasure and wanted to bounce around the cage a little more. I believe she was emoting "I'll leave this cage, but there had better be food involved somewhere in this transaction."

Before we went to the Expo we went to the Mandalay Bay Aquarium and got this nice little picture. And yes, that is a golden crocodile at the bottom of that tank behind us. It looks even cooler because the window is hard to see. Actually, THERE IS NO WINDOW, WE WERE JUST LIVING THAT DANGEROUSLY IN VEGAS, BABY! WHOOOoooooOOooo!!! Or something.
