She's mean. There are so many lovely pictures of me and she decides to exploit the one picture where I am (rightly) complaining about the poor customer service that I receive around dinner time. Auntie Ashley also sent Mama an email with this sentence: "A nice way to work each day..."
Mama says "haha, Auntie Ashley. Try having the live version."
Sadly I think Tracy is going to enjoy the post title.

We actually quite approve of that picture, Elizabeth. Gemma says that is the ideal way to approach the world- complain about the service!
